Returns
Within the specified days after signing for the product, you can request a return for unused items with intact tags and no odors that do not affect resale. If there are gifts included, they must be returned together; otherwise, compensation will be based on the actual amount. After receiving the returned goods, the warehouse will conduct a quality inspection, so please be patient.
Logistics
All products sold in this store are genuine. They will be shipped within 48 hours after payment, subject to legal holidays and platform promotional rules.
After-Sales
All shoes in this store are made according to standard molds. Each person's foot shape is different; therefore, any discomfort caused is not considered a quality issue. We do not accept returns for issues arising from shrinking, fading, or color loss during washing. Once washed, the items cannot be returned or exchanged.
